COVID-19 Safety Protocols

As COVID-19 continues to impact our community and daily lives, at Gordons, we want to assure our valued customers and employees that we will continue to closely follow the recommendations made by The Government of Quebec and The Government of Canada as well as the health authorities.

We are taking the following measures to ensure the safety of our customers and staff during these uncertain times.

• Customers have the option to drive their own vehicles inside the garage
• Keys will be left inside the vehicle while being serviced
• Customers will drive their vehicle out of the garage when the service is complete
• We will ask that you provide us with your odometer reading (KM) and wheel lock if applicable

These procedures will allow Gordons to service your vehicle without entering the vehicle and without handling your keys.
When it is necessary for Gordons personnel to enter your vehicle, new, clean disposable gloves will be worn and safety precautions will be respected.
Vehicles towed to Gordons or left for service, will be handled diligently.

Gordons reception and waiting room

We have adapted our waiting room and reception area to help prevent the spread of the COVID-19 virus.

The following measures have been put in place to provide our customers and employees a safe and well maintained environment:

• Continual cleaning and disinfecting
• Hand washing with soap and warm water available
• Hand sanitizer available
• Plexiglass dividers
• Well-spaced waiting and seating areas with WI-FI
• Social, physical distancing mandatory and enforced

Gordons encourages our valued customers, dedicated employees, and our entire community to respect and follow the recommendations made by The Government of Quebec and The Government of Canada as well as the health authorities.
